Yes, blocked on your card at pickup. The amount depends on your Protection Plan: €1,500 (ESSENTIAL, included), €1,000 (COMFORT, +€14.50/day) or €500 (RELAX, +€29/day).

Where do I pick up the campervan in Fuerteventura?

At the vanXcapes station in Fuerteventura. Usual pickup window is 14:00-20:00, return 08:00-12:00, at the same station.

Can a young driver rent a campervan?

All drivers must be at least 21 years old with a standard Class B driving licence valid in Spain — no special permit needed, since the van stays under 3.5 tons.
