The campervan is handed over with a full fuel tank and must be returned with a full tank.
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the missing fuel will be charged according to the current fuel price plus a small service fee.
At pickup, the camper is also delivered fully serviced and ready to travel, including:
Full fuel tank
Full fresh water tank
Empty grey water tank
Clean interior and exterior
We ask guests to return the camper in a similar condition.
Our usual pickup times are 14.00h - 20.00h and return 08.00h - 12.00h.
Yes, early pickup (before 12.00h) and late pickup (after 20.00h) are generally possible. The cost is usually half a rental day and must be requested and confirmed in advance.
A early dropp off (before 08.00h) or late dropp-off are alos possible and follow the same pricing logic.
Yes. The camper must be returned broom clean and rinsed on the outside so that possible damages can be inspected at check-in. Floors in the living area and rear storage must be free of sand, dirt and stones. The kitchen, especially stove and sink, must be basically cleaned and free of food residues. Bathroom and toilet must be cleaned and all surfaces free of heavy dirt. The grey water tank and the toilet cassette must be emptied and the fresh water tank refilled. The exterior should be rinsed with water so that the vehicle condition can be inspected. A professional final cleaning is included but does not replace the obligation to return the vehicle broom clean and rinsed.
You can also book the basic with us for 50€ or take the free mind package incl. the tanks and toilet service for 120€.
If the campervan is returned excessively dirty or not broom clean, additional cleaning fees may apply according to the vanXcapes Service & Damage Fee List. This includes vehicles with heavy sand, dirt, food residues, strong odors, excessive pet hair or waste left inside the vehicle. The grey water tank and toilet cassette must also be emptied before return. If this is not done, a cleaning or service fee may be charged and deducted from the security deposit.
Yes. All vanXcapes campervans are handed over with a full fuel tank. Please return the vehicle with a full tank as well. If the vehicle is returned without refueling, a refueling service fee of 50 € plus the actual fuel cost will be charged according to the vanXcapes Service & Damage Fee List.ebenfalls wieder vollgetankt zurück. Toilet cassette disposal is possible at official campsites, camper service stations and some petrol stations on Tenerife and Fuerteventura. Many locations provide dedicated service areas where you can empty the toilet cassette and refill fresh water.
