Yes. All vanXcapes rentals include unlimited mileage. To ensure fair use for all guests, unlimited mileage is intended for normal leisure travel and is subject to a fair-use limit of an average of 300 km per rental day over the entire rental period. Example: A 10-day rental includes a fair-use allowance of 3,000 km in total. Most guests never come close to this limit and can simply enjoy their road trip without worrying about mileage charges.

Yes, pets are allowed free of charge. A mandatory Interior Intensive after-trip-cleaning (€100) is mandatory. The van must still be returned broom-clean and completely free of pet hair.

Our usual pickup times are 14.00h - 20.00h and return 08.00h - 12.00h. Yes, early pickup (before 12.00h) and late pickup (after 20.00h) are generally possible. The cost is usually half a rental day and must be requested and confirmed in advance. A early dropp off (before 08.00h) or late dropp-off are alos possible and follow the same pricing logic.

No. All vanXcapes campervans can be driven with a standard Class B driving licence. The vehicles have a permitted total weight below 3.5 tons, which means they can be driven like a normal passenger car in most countries. Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
